I realise it was mean, but of all the things I could have done in a story the worst was break the trust between the sub and his Doms and I'm really pleased that this aspect works for you as part of a (admittedly mean) story. And also that you agree that this couldn't be fixed easilly. I really hope you like where this finishes up...
