There are three, and I can’t choose one over the others. And they are pretty obvious, Owen, Tosh and Ianto’s death scenes. Sob wringers each and every one of them.

Ianto's death hands down...oh and Buffy's Mom...and Buffy's death at the end of Season 5.

For me, I'd add the whole scene in CoE from Frobisher requisitioning the gun until the shots rang out.
