Winning and losing

Things I fail at:

• Not not being sick.
• Double negatives.
• NaNo. Don’t even ask…
• Meeting an earlier than I remembered it being fest deadline. Feel guilty as hell; asking for extension.
• Anything to do with money.
• Not being a stroppy bitch.
• Replying to comments. I am so grateful to receive them and so, so far behind in replying.

 
Things I win at:

• Having awesome friends.
• Managing to keep my stupid head from being completely stupid. Full meltdown still being kept at bay, still no drugs. Awesome.
• Laughing whenever I get the opportunity. Often at myself.
• Being me and being made to realise that some bits of me must be kinda okay or I wouldn't have the great people in my life I do. And that includes my LJ friends; I figure you wouldn't keep me around if I was that bad.
• Eating chocolate. I am shit hot at eating chocolate.  Like, world class chocolate eating championships contender, shit hot. Oh my god. I bet that exists somewhere...
