Primeval pairing count meme

I ganked this from telperion_15 and fififolle because it looked fun and interesting.




Basically is a count of up the pairings I have used writing Primeval fic. If a fic was mutli-chaptered I just counted it as one, but if there was a first fic, then I did a follow-up, then I have counted it as two.

I knew who would have the top spot, but even I am quite surprised by the margin. I mean….look at it… And places 1, 2, 4 and 5 show something of a theme. *ahem*. And it’s interesting to me, that there are a couple of pairings, like Connor/Ryan, who I adore, but apparently rarely to write myself. Thankfully there are so many other writers in the fandom happy to pander!

What amuses the most here is that not only is Becker at the top, but that he also makes an appearance in the first list with “others”. This is when I have kept the other party anonymous or they have been non-canon or fanon characters. He is such a little black dress that on four occasions I didn’t even name who wore him!

I want to do this meme but so cannot right now. :) Somehow my tags got all messed up and I have the pairings written more than one way.

For instance: Abby/Becker is 59 while Becker/Abby is 14.

I have to fix my tags as I'm moving things to my DW fic journal. :D However, I can say that in my writing, Abby is apparently my little black dress because I think I have written her with *almost* everyone.

I know my tags are horribly inconsistant and messed up. I need like a month, to sort them out!

I went through my masterlist and did a tally my hand as I went through all the fics!!

You know you can do a thing where you can change all of a certain tag to something else, instead of having to do each one individually? It made my life so much easier when I discovered that!!
