He looks down at his black polished shoes. His eye travels up his legs, clad in black woollen trousers. His gaze wanders to his crisp white shirt; spotless, but adorned with the markings and motifs that Cardiff Police require.

He looks at his warrant card, a perfect forgery.  He even has transfer papers. He’s done this properly. Wants to fit in, blend in, hide until the time is right.

He smirks at his reflection in his shoes. It’s a lot of effort to go to, but he knows it’ll be worth it.
