The Great Gillespian Gallivant - Happy new year!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Spent most of day four driving between Birminham and Manchester with a multitude of service station stops and cups of coffee!

I can confirm that Lancaster services are incredibly dull:


There was also some very overenthusiastic woo hoo-ing as I passed into Scotland as it's the first time I have driven myself north of the border:


The party at shamazipan 's was a lot of fun. Some fab friends of hers put up very well with the Gillespian contingent made up of moonlitcactus , rout_obsessie , blaid_drwg and branwen_blaidd .

The evening started sedately enough:



Then Wii Dance came out...



Then things went from bad to worse with Dalek masks and kitchen utensils. We ran out of egg whisks...



And then bad things were done to Dalek masks...
