Ramblings on genetics and getting the raw deal

My Dad is a chef. Before they moved and bought the pub, my Dad was considered one of the top chefs in London. My Dad trained a new generation of top London and TV chefs.

Then there’s me, who is surprised to find that it hurts when I stick my finger into my food to see if it’s cooked or not.

Of all the shit things genetics did give me, I can't get that fucking gene?

*edit* and that was just toasting crumpets...
